What is Resilience?

What Is Resilience?

Understanding resilience concepts in a development context is important to applying integrated, cross-sectoral resilience approaches effectively.

Who We Are

Thought Leaders for Resilience

The vision for ResilienceLinks is guided by USAID's Center for Resilience and managed by the Feed the Future Knowledge, Data, Learning and Training Activity. Together, we seek to increase understanding of resilience, inspire resilience thinking in program work and expand the capacity of practitioners through knowledge sharing.

Early Action and Resilience Approaches Provide Value for Money

It is estimated that every $1 invested in resilience and early response over a 15-year period will result in nearly $3 in reduced humanitarian spending and avoided asset losses.
