This technical guidance provides a shared understanding of key concepts and best practices for integrating resilience in the design and implementation of Feed the Future programs under the Global Food Security Strategy.
Feed the Future is moving into a new phase, guided by the U.S. Government’s Global Food Security Strategy. Developed by 11 U.S. Government agencies and departments, this strategy presents an integrated approach to combating the root causes of hunger, malnutrition, and poverty. The strategy reflects lessons learned from Feed the Future’s first phase and charts a course for the U.S. Government and its partners to achieve a more food-secure future across the globe. The technical guidance provides a shared understanding of key concepts and best practices for designing and implementing Feed the Future programs under the Global Food Security Strategy. Aid effectiveness principles are core to implementation across the technical areas.
