In this module you will: 

  • Confidently describe how resilience relates to your work
  • Incorporate resilience approaches into design and implementation of strategies, projects, and activities
  • Participate in ongoing learning, use existing resources, and share knowledge regarding the integration of resilience approaches
  • Understand that the elevation of resilience within the agency reflects the increasing toll and more complex nature of shocks and stresses, and the need to treat recurrent humanitarian crises as a development priority
