REAL partners, USAID staff, implementing organizations, analysts and policy makers gathered in a day-long workshop to discuss unique resilience evidence emerging from the Horn of Africa and how the findings can be applied for programming.
The workshop focused on the final evaluations from two key five-year projects:
- The Partnership for Resilience and Economic Growth (PREG) in Kenya
- The Pastoralist Areas Resilience Improvement and Market Expansion (PRIME) Project in Ethiopia
This event was a follow-up to the larger workshop held in Uganda in May 2019, which gathered more than 100 resilience analysts, policymakers, and program staff representing USAID and implementing partners from the Horn of Africa region (see: www.fsnnetwork.org/real/hoa-resilience).
