Rapid Learning Note on ViMPlus Strategic Adaptations to Insecurity (French)
Explore successes, challenges and lessons learned in adaptive management from Burkina Faso's complex security context.
Burkina Faso is facing a complex security context that affects implementation of development activities of several USAID-supported projects, including Victory Against Malnutrition Plus (ViMPlus), implemented by ACDI/VOCA. Despite these instabilities, this project has developed strategic and programmatic adaptations that have allowed it to continue implementation in its intervention zones. During a semiannual USAID partner resilience collaboration, learning and adapting workshop in Burkina Faso, ViMPlus shared these adaptations. This rapid learning note, developed by Sahel Collaboration and Communication (SCC) in collaboration with ViMPlus, presents this experience and the successes, challenges and lessons learned in adaptive management.
